Returnable items are unused items returned in their original packaging (in the manufacturer's box or bag). These items can be returned for full credit only if they are returned within 30 days. Your credit card will be refunded for the full purchase price, less shipping, and handling.
Returns are processed within 72 hours of receipt and your credit card is credited at that time. Be sure to tell us the reason for your return or exchange - your input will help us determine if we need to improve on a product or provide better descriptive information on our website.
Errors and Defects
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make it right. All claims for order errors or defective products must be reported within 7 calendar days upon receipt of goods. Claims concerning defective products or inaccurate orders must be submitted IN WRITING via E-mail. When the problem has been confirmed, you will be issued a Return Merchant Authorization number. All returns & exchanges MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Family Travel Kits .com. We regret we cannot refund delivery charges for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with an exchange.
Whenever possible, we will replace any defective item. When that is not practical or feasible, (either due to event date timelines, out-of-stock or quantity issues) Family Travel Kits .com will issue a store credit for up to the same value as the original order minus any shipping fees. Shipping charges will not be credited back as this charge is made on behalf of the shipping company. The store credit may be treated as cash, and may be used at any time and on any product we stock.
