Shipping Destinations and Processing
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, the system will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We stock nearly every product we sell from our own warehouse. Generally, orders are shipped within 24 hours, unless otherwise indicated on the product description at the time of order. However, please note that delivery dates are only “estimated” and not “guaranteed”, and in no event will Family Travel Kits .com be liable for any consequential damages arising from delays in delivery. If you opt for “expedited” shipping method for your order, only the method of shipping will be guaranteed, however the processing timeline is still only “estimated”. Therefore the order may still not reach you in the timeline required.
Payment is due in full prior to shipping your order. Credit card authorization and payment verification must be received prior to processing the order form.
Sales tax (8.25%) is required for all Texas orders.
Order Confirmation via Email
You will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after an order is placed. *If you do not receive the emailed confirmation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please go over the order confirmation email very carefully to ensure that all the information is accurate. For any corrections or concerns, simply ‘reply’ back to that email, so that we may promptly correct any information prior to processing the order.
Check your spam or deleted folders to ensure that these important emails are not blocked due to firewalls or spam filters on your computer. *We will not be held responsible for failure of any email communication to you either due to incorrectly spelled email addresses, non-working email address or spam filters that prohibit our emails from reaching you.
Once the order is ready to ship out, you will receive an automated email with a “tracking number.” You may request expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please note that opting for Overnight or Second Day Air does not mean that you will receive your order the next day. Delivery time is based on the time it takes to process your order PLUS the shipping time*. *Processing time + Shipping time = Delivery time
All shipments leaving our facility are inspected prior to being delivered to the carrier. All shipments, unless otherwise specified, will be sent freight prepaid. We take all reasonable precautions to package products in a manner that will minimize the potential for breakage or damage during shipping. Our shipping providers will not deliver to some APO addresses. We are happy to transport these orders to a USPS facility for shipment. The rates may differ from the initial estimate. We therefore reserve the right to collect any balance of costs due upon shipping.
Once the order has left the warehouse, Family Travel Kits .com will not accept responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company. Family Travel Kits .com will not be held responsible either in the event the customer is not available for delivery or the customer refuses delivery.*

For all international orders (except Canada) a shipping quote is required. For orders shipping outside the U.S. - INCLUDING CANADA – local duties and/or taxes may be assessed upon delivery. These fees are not charged by Family Travel Kits .com during checkout; therefore please consult your local customs office to determine these charges. We are not responsible for these duties and/or taxes.
